Boost performance by optimizing your registry and deleting unneeded data.
TweakNow RegCleaner can scan and fix various registry issues. However, more than just that, this program is a toolkit that allows you to boost computer performance by solving problems in other system areas.
I would like to start by writing about Registry Cleaner and Registry Defragmenter, which are probably the ones with the highest impact on performance. They allow you to scan the registry to find redundant and obsolete entries. Luckily, there are three different types of scans: Quick, Full and Custom, which can be used according to your level of expertise. A custom scan, for instance, lets the user choose which registry sections to check.
Various features let you use disk space more efficiently. This is the case of Disk Usage Analyzer, which you can use to find out which files and folders are using the most space on your disks and take the necessary measures. Disk Cleaner, in turn, can search for temporary files and data leftovers on your disks. Likewise, Secure Delete can use shredding algorithms to delete unwanted files beyond recovery, which definitely has a great impact on your privacy. By the way, there is also another privacy-enforcement feature, called Track Cleaner. It can erase numerous types of history logs and temp files that are created as a result of Internet navigation and computer usage in general.
Finally, TweakNow RegCleaner can help your system recover speed by removing unneeded applications. Unlike Windows built-in feature, this program lets you not only uninstall the programs, but also rename installation entries. Unfortunately, it cannot perform an after-uninstall registry check to erase any leftovers.
I was glad to find that, unlike many other similar tools, TweakNow RegCleaner actually allowed me to fix errors at no cost. However, its real impact on performance was hardly noticeable, probably because my system was not so messy after all. Since there is nothing to lose, I suggest you try it for yourself and see if it works for you.
